Why this tour?
Trento is the easiest and closest gateway to the magic of the Alpine markets. In less than an hour by train, you'll arrive in the heart of a medieval town dressed in lights, with over 60 craft stalls between Piazza Fiera and Piazza Cesare Battisti. We travel together by train - no car, no snow on the road, no parking worries - and your guide takes care of the rest.
Program
We meet at Verona Porta Nuova train station to take the regional train to Trento. Upon arrival, we stroll together through the historic center and the Christmas market, with free time to explore the local craft stalls, taste the hot wine and typical Advent sweets. At noon, we stop for lunch in the center (at your own expense). In the afternoon, we continue to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere, with the option to visit the Castello del Buonconsiglio or the MUSE if the group wishes, before returning to the station for the train back to Verona.
