Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellation by the customer

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: Full 100% refund, no fees.
  • Between 48 and 24 hours before the tour: 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund. You may transfer your spot to another person.
  • No-show: No refund.

Cancellation due to weather

If we cancel the tour due to dangerous weather conditions (storms, unexpected snow/ice, zero visibility), you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. Light rain is not considered a reason for cancellation.

Force majeure

In case of exceptional unforeseeable events (natural disasters, pandemics, authority orders), we commit to offering a voucher or refund within 30 days.

How to request a cancellation

Send an email to info@viaggiandoconchiara.com with your booking code, or contact us on WhatsApp. Refund times depend on the banking system (usually 5-10 business days).
